Brat is the follow-up to her acclaimed "sell-out era" with Crash (2022), which topped several charts and gave Charli long-deserved recognition. This album marks Charli’s return to her roots in electronic music and dance pop, in collaboration with A.G. Cook, founder of PC Music and credited producer for Beyoncé, whose production stands out on the tracks Club Classics and B2B. Charli has described Brat as her best work to date, surpassing even her celebrated mixtape Pop 2.

The album features singles such as Von Dutch, produced by EASYFUN (Finn Keanne), which have reinforced her focus on club music, with powerful synthesizers and a unique style that sets her apart in today’s pop scene.
