LEGAL TERMS OF THE GIVEAWAY: MÁS CARA de Bad Gyal — Packs vinilo + CD

1. Giveaway Organization

The organization and management of the giveaway called “MÁS CARA de Bad Gyal — Packs vinilo + CD” — hereinafter, the “Giveaway” — is the responsibility of Plastic Books, with registered address at Calle Princesa 31, planta 2, Prta 2, Madrid 28008, Spain, and tax identification number ES20847447V — hereinafter, the “Organizer” —.

The account @badgyalnotices participates as a collaborating account in the promotion of the Giveaway. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the management of the Giveaway, winner selection, verification of requirements, data processing, and prize shipment are the sole responsibility of the Organizer.

2. Purpose and Period

2.1. Purpose:
The purpose of the Giveaway is to promote the Instagram profiles @plastic.books and @badgyalnotices, as well as to publicize the prize product.

2.2. Participation Period:
The participation period begins on June 26, 2026, from the publication of the official Giveaway post, and ends on July 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM, Spanish peninsular time.

3. Participation Requirements and Mechanics

3.1. Requirements:
Individuals over 18 years old, or minors with the intervention of their father, mother, or legal guardian as indicated in point 6.6, with an active Instagram account and who comply with the established mechanics, may participate.

3.2. Territorial scope:
The Giveaway is open to participants from Europe, the United States, and Mexico, provided it is possible to ship the prize to the address given according to the conditions stated in these Legal Terms.

3.3. Exclusions:
Employees, direct collaborators, or suppliers directly linked to the organization and management of the Giveaway are not allowed to participate.

3.4. Mechanics — Valid Entry:
For an entry to be valid, the user must complete all the following mandatory steps on Instagram:

1. Follow the accounts @plastic.books y @badgyalnotices.
2. Like the official Giveaway post.
3. Comment on the post mentioning at least one (1) real Instagram user using the @ symbol.

3.5. Multiple Comments:
Multiple comments can be posted from the same profile. Each valid comment that meets the mention requirement will count as an independent entry.

3.6. Prize limit per user:
A single Instagram account can only win one (1) prize. If the same account is selected more than once, only its first valid position will be kept, and the next selected or alternate person will be chosen.

3.7. Fraudulent entries:
The Organization reserves the right to exclude mass entries generated by bots, scripts, automated tools, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, anomalous comments, or any other conduct that may alter the normal operation of the Draw.

4. Prize

The Draw will have two (2) winners.

Each winner will receive one (1) pack of MÁS CARA by Bad Gyal, consisting of:

• 1 vinyl of MÁS CARA by Bad Gyal
• 1 CD of MÁS CARA by Bad Gyal

In total, two (2) packs will be delivered, one for each winner.

4.1. Prize Conditions:
The Prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or other products.

4.2. Prize Availability:
In case of force majeure, stock shortage, logistical issues, or unforeseen impossibility to deliver any of the indicated products, the Organizer may substitute the Prize with another of similar characteristics or declare the Prize undeliverable, informing the affected person.

4.3. Shipping Territories:
The Organizer will cover shipping costs when the address provided by the winner is in Spain, including islands; Portugal; other Europe countries where Plastic Books has active shipping; Mexico; and United States of America.

Other territories will be evaluated according to Plastic Books' internal policy. If shipping cannot be made to a specific territory due to logistical, customs, or transportation restrictions, the Organizer may declare the prize undeliverable for that territory and contact the corresponding alternate.

5. Winner and Alternate Selection

5.1. Selection:
The winner selection will take place on July 11, 2026, once the participation period has ended, using the AppSorteos platform or an equivalent random selection tool based on Instagram comments.

5.2. Drawing and Alternates:
The application will be configured to randomly select a total of four (4) users, based on valid comments:

• The user in position 1 will be the Provisional Winner 1.
• The user in position 2 will be the Provisional Winner 2.
• The user in position 3 will be considered the First Alternate.
• The user in position 4 will be considered the Second Alternate.

Alternates will be contacted in order of appearance if any of the provisional winners do not meet the requirements, do not respond within the deadline, renounce the prize, or do not provide the necessary data for shipment.

5.3. Verification of Requirements:
Before confirming the definitive winners, the Organizer will verify that the selected persons have met the participation requirements established in these Legal Bases.

5.4. Transparency:
The Organizer may record the selection process and will provide, when available, the public link or certificate generated by the platform used to verify the transparency of the Drawing.

6. Communication, Verification, and Delivery

6.1. Announcement and Contact:
The Organizer will contact the Provisional Winners within a maximum period of 72 hours from the drawing, via direct message —DM— on Instagram.

6.2. Verification and Data Provision:
To be considered definitive winners, the selected persons must respond to the DM and provide all necessary personal data to manage the Prize shipment: first name, last name, full address, email, and mobile phone number.

6.3. Response Deadline and Assignment of Alternates:
Each Provisional Winner will have 7 calendar days from the first contact attempt to respond and provide all necessary data.

If a Provisional Winner does not respond within the deadline, does not meet the requirements, renounces the Prize, or does not provide the necessary data, they will be disqualified and the corresponding alternate will be contacted.

Each alternate will have 3 calendar days to respond from the first contact attempt.

6.4. Prize Void:
If the Provisional Winners and alternates do not meet the requirements, do not respond within the deadline, or do not provide the necessary data, the corresponding Prize may be declared void.

6.5. Delivery:
The Prize will be considered delivered when it is recorded as delivered by the transport company at the address provided by the winning person.

The Organizer will not be responsible for errors in the data provided by the winning person, absences at delivery, customs issues attributable to the recipient, logistical restrictions beyond the Organizer's control, or incidents caused by the transport company, without prejudice to reasonable efforts that may be made to resolve the issue.

6.6. Minors:
If a winning person is a minor, the delivery of the Prize will be subject to the express and written authorization of their father, mother, or legal guardian.

7. Processing of Personal Data — GDPR

7.1. Data Controller:
The data controller will be Plastic Books.

7.2. Purpose:
Personal data will be processed exclusively to verify the identity and age of the winners and alternates, as well as to manage the shipment of the Prize.

Only data from users selected as provisional winners or alternates will be requested and processed if it is necessary to contact them.

7.3. Legal Basis:
The legal basis for processing is the express consent given by the winner or alternate when responding to the Organizer and providing their data, as well as the execution of the relationship derived from the delivery of the Prize.

7.4. Data Retention:
Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the Giveaway, verify the delivery of the Prize, and address any incidents or legal responsibilities arising from it. After this period, data will be deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable regulations.

7.5. Rights:
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction, and portability by contacting the Organizer at contact@plasticbooks.com or through the means detailed in the Privacy Policy of plasticbooks.com.

8. Disassociation and Acceptance

8.1. Disassociation from Instagram:
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or is associated with this Giveaway in any way. Participation in the Giveaway implies full release of Instagram from any liability arising from it.

8.2. Disassociation from the Artist and Third Parties:
The Giveaway is not organized, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Bad Gyal, her team, representatives, record labels, distributors, related brands, or any third party linked to the artist.

The products offered in the giveaway are exclusively provided by Plastic Books within the framework of this promotional action.

8.3. Collaborating Account:
The participation of @badgyalnotices is limited to collaboration and promotion of the Giveaway, unless otherwise expressly stated. This account does not act on behalf of Bad Gyal, her team, record label, or official representatives.

8.4. Acceptance:
Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and the Privacy Policy of plasticbooks.com.

8.5. Applicable Law:
These Terms are governed by the current legislation in Spain.
